A Connecticut city worker has been fined $500 for hosting a blowout birthday bash jam-packed with mask-free merrymakers, police said. Daniel Pizarro, who works in Bridgeports housing code office, was cited late Monday for his 48th birthday celebration at his Trumbull home, police confirmed to The Post.
