She has been ashore now for the last 4 years and was fully stripped out to be re fitted to the new owner's style. She was sold three months ago to the current owners who have started the fitout and have already fitted the ballast and laid a new floor and installed insulation and battens with a stock of insulation not yet fitted being included in the sale. The layout they were working on is all marked up on the floor ad would serve and a blueprint for the layout. They had great plans for a dream fitout but are now expecting a new arrival and so the dream build is now off. The lister 4 engine was fully serviced by the boat yard whilst ashore. As can be seen in the pictures, she is a project as the owner no longer has the time to complete her as they are now expecting a child. She is offered as a project and as such should be viewed and inspected. She has solar panels and a single battery but the working condition of these will also need to be checked. She was fully sanded and repainted 3 years ago by the previous owner. She offers a good opportunity to acquire a large narrow boat ready to refit and complete.
