A perfect liveaboard with the extra bedroom / study, features like this are not common on boats of this nature. So much thought has gone into the design and functionality, a very tranquil place to spend your time. If you are considering a Widebeam at present I would highly recommend viewing. These are the second owners and they have had her 2 years and are looking to buy a holiday home in France. She was blacked 2 years ago when they bought her but they did not have her surveyed at the time. As you walk down through the companionway you arrive into the spare bedroom/office which has a single bed/seating area and is fitted with a desk and plenty of sockets. The holding tank is under the bed and the electrics panels are in the cupboards on the aft bulkhead. As you walk down the corridor you arrive in the large well appointed bathroom with a decent size bath/shower, electric toilet, fitted vanity until and porcelain basin, heated towel rail and lots of storage. There is a washing machine in one of the cupboards. Next the the master bedroom with a double bed, TV, 2 double wardrobes and a radiator. Finally you come to the large open plan galley and saloon. The galley has good storage, a brand new cooker and hob, brand new 12V fridge freezer and microwave. The saloon has 2 x radiators, 2 a reclining leather easy chairs, dining table and chairs, smart TV, wood stove and various storage units. This then leads out into the foredeck with the gas locker in the bow. These boat details are subject to contract.
