Powered by a MerCruiser 135hp petrol inboard engine with just 44.7 hours of use and a full main dealer service history, this boat delivers a balance of performance and efficiencyperfect for coastal cruising, fishing, or family adventures on the water.
The interior is in great condition, reflecting its minimal use and careful ownership. The well-designed cabin provides comfortable accommodation, with a layout that maximizes space and usability. Large wrap-around glass windows enhance the modern aesthetic while creating a bright, airy atmosphere.
Externally, the gelcoat would benefit from a polish to restore its full shine, but overall, the boat remains in good condition, consistent with its light usage. Register with Boatshed to see 70 extra photos of this Flipper 705 HT Motor yacht.Boatshed Cornwall have the pleasure in listing this Flipper 70 HT motor yacht for sale. Flipper, a brand of Cremo Boats under the Nimbis Group and understood to be manufactured by Bella. Certainly a very Finnish boat with strong similarities with Bella and Aquador boats.
This Flipper 705 HT is well presented and on inspection appeared to be maintained to a good standard. It was found ashore, having been winterised, on a bespoke trailer which is available subject to a separate negotiation. This trailer has never been submerged into salt water as hauling in and out is undertaken by crane.
The main engine has been serviced every year irrespective of engine hours, however lightly used, by a local marine engineering company. It is also understood that antifouling may be completed prior to launchtoo.
It is recommended that a viewing is arranged to fully appreciate this fine example of the Finnish build quality and the Flipper range.

Register with Boatshed to see 57 extra photos of this Nauticat 321 Pilothouse .Built by Nauticat Yachts OY in Finland in 2000, first launched in 2001. This particular yacht appears to have been extremely well cared for. Beautiful inside woodwork and great looking hull and decks. She also has an amzing all over cover - see photo.
Accommodation comprises of 2 generous double cabins with additional berths in the saloon/pilothouse. She has a linear galley to starboard as you step down from the saloon. Heads is just opposite the galley and then moving forward you have the forward cabin. Aft cabin drops down from the pilothouse.
Owners comments:
his is a lovely example of the Nauticat 321, a deck saloon cruising yacht with more performance than traditional Nauticats, yet built to their typically high standards. She has been maintained to a high level and for her age has been lightly used. For the first 12 years she was kept on the Dutch canals and her second owner having previously built 4 cruising yachts treated her like a princess. She is equipped with everything you would expect from a yacht of this type and has continued to be upgraded with AIS B+, latest Raymarine autohelm, and axiom multifunction display. Her inside helm and heating system means she is a true 12 months a year cruiser, and the raised deck saloon seating is airy and with good visibility all round. In-mast furling, and bow thruster make for easy handling for cruising couples.

Register with Boatshed to see 125 extra photos of this Broom 32 .Boatshed Norfolk are pleased to offer this extremely tidy and all gelcoat Broom 32 with the added benefit of a recent new Nani Diesel engine and fully refurbished and resealed windows and bow thruster!
This boat has been very well looked after and her current owners of the last 4 years have spent close on 20k in making her a stand out example of the type. Apart from the new engine fitted in 2022 with just about 100 hours on it, all her windows were professionally removed, refurbished and fully resealed meaning she is nice and watertight! She was taken toe respected Norfolk Broads boat yard for the work and then returned to her current waterway.
She also has a new exhaust system, a larger weed filter fitted, exhaust alarm, new water intake, and new dashboard all fitted in the current owners tenure. All bills for this extensive work are with the boat.
She has a bow thruster fitted, full shore power system, diesel warm air heating to list just some of her features. Her interior appears to be in very good order and her upholstery undamaged to my eye.
She has a large forward cabin with selectable twin or double configurations and ample hanging locker and storage spaces with a hatch over. Moving aft we have a good sized Heads and shower to port and the galley down galley to starboard. This is well fitted with full size gas cooker, fridge sink and loads of storage options. Stepping up into the spacious saloon with twin opening skylights, we have convertible seating that will also make a single and a double berthing arrangement accommodating up to 3, all very well trimmed and comfortable. The lower helm station is to port with great views out. Aft is the large under sole master double cabin with large en-suite heads and shower and lots of cabinetry for storage. Diesel warm air heating runs throughout the boat. Up the companionway we find the large flybridge area with sun pad seating and folding radar arch plus rear seating and fabulous side deck access and also an aft bathing platform with ladder access from the flybridge. There is an inflatable dinghy and Tohatsu 4hp Outboard included in the sale which al all currently mounted on the boat aft. Fitted window covers are also in place.
This is a very complete, well equipped and tidy boating package that is offered at a competitive price given her condition and all that comes with her and the extensive work done. She is a very smart looking vessel inside and out! Her boat safety certificate runs to April 2027.
