We seek a committed temporary faculty member and artist working in Sound Art and Moving Image to join our existing faculty and staff community. We seek a faculty member who demonstrates a deep engagement with sound as a creative artistic medium and has a desire to work with a diverse group of moving image student artists. Our curriculum embraces significant exploration with form and content and encompasses contemporary practices including multi-channel installation, transmedia and video art as well as experimental 16mm and handmade film. Must have a MFA or equivalent. Must demonstrate technical expertise in the creation of sound art and experimental sound design using ProTools. We welcome applicants with experience in experimental video, 16mm film, installation, expanded cinema, new genres/new media, AI, AR,/VR, interactive work.
