The Assistant Videographer will work directly for the Videographer & Editor and is responsible for assisting in planning, filming, and editing videos used for a variety of projects to promote our products, locations, career opportunities, and culture. We are looking for an organized, creative, and mechanical videographer with a strong work ethic centered on excellent organizational skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships and communications with all managers, employees, customers, and clients. This role is well suited for an individual who has initiative, can get up to speed on our culture and processes quickly, takes pride in minor details, and understands their impact when considered as a collective whole in the brewery. This opportunity promises an invigorating and exciting environment where good work is done so we always ask for flexibility and a sense of humor in addition to other valuable traits like intent, hard work, and good communication skills. Must have 2-3 years of proven work experience as a sound technician or videographer/editor. Must be proficient in location sound mixing. We are are looking for a passionate and creative full-time Associate Producer to work with our in-house production team. This Associate Producer will work with our other producers in the production of feature, custom sponsored, and short form content. This role will play an integral part in shooting and editing our weekly featured segments and podcasts as well as player features and any other partnered content that we produce. A minimum of 1 year of shooting/producing/editing in the video production field is required. Must be comfortable using and shooting with small and large format cameras (The team is currently using Arri Alexa Mini and Amira cinema cameras and DJI Ronin 4D). Must be proficient in tracking and measuring the success of video content in the digital space and the ability to apply those lessons to future creative strategy. Extensive demonstrated knowledge of production equipment needed. (Expertise in postproduction, field/studio/location-production, sound recording and program development and execution needed).
