We are hiring a Digital Media Editor to join the dynamic publishing startup that covers sports business with the highest quality editorial content in the industry. The Digital Media Editor will be responsible for producing / editing original video content to be used for general social media promotion of our editorial content, podcasts, and video series. A major part of the role will be constant communication with the editorial staff to promote daily editorial content in an easily digestible format for social media, while driving readers to the website to increase page views and subscriptions. The Digital Media Editor will also work closely with the sales and marketing team to help with promotion of our live events and the content that is captured from these events. We are looking for someone with knowledge of sports and the sports business industry who has their finger on the pulse of what content sports fans and sports business professionals are looking for and to amplify the social reach of our own content. Must have 3+ years of digital publishing and social media management and strategy experience. Must be willing to be on camera and/or do voice over.
