We invite applications for a Lecturer (non-tenure earning) position in Film and Media Arts. We seek applicants who welcome the challenges and rewards of serving on a diverse and artistically talented faculty of a growing department located in a dynamic and thriving arts community. MFA/MA/PhD in Film and Video Production, Film Studies/Communication, or a related field and an ability to effectively develop, shoot, and complete video and film projects, as well as highly effective instruction in undergraduate courses related to film and media arts. Ideal candidates should have experience in college teaching related to film and video production, film studies, and media arts. Additional experience in editing and visual effects is a plus. Ideal candidates would have expertise in digital storytelling and/or micro-narrative creation. Candidates who near completing their degree requirements will be considered; however, all degree requirements must be completed by August 1, 2025, to be appointed at the rank of Lecturer.
