Hotel Okura Co., Ltd., a prominent Japanese hotel operator, has signed a new management agreement with Thailand's Asset World Corporation (AWC). The agreement, signed on December 19, 2024, will result in two new hotels: Okura Resort Chiang Mai and The Okura Prestige Sukhumvit Bangkok Hotel and Spa. Both properties are expected to open in 2028.
