These duties include preparing pre-production material such as scripts and outlines, meeting with clients to plan productions, ensuring proper lighting for planned productions, directing part-time workers that serve as crew on video projects, scheduling talent, ensuring Model Release forms are signed by guest speakers, editing videos to include music, text, and graphics packages when applicable, transcoding, editing and rendering footage shot by faculty and staff for job interviews, recording voiceovers for instructional, promotional, and informational videos, distributing videos via OneDrive, and maintaining video on social media. The position also includes assisting with setting up photography sessions and maintaining and checking out video equipment to faculty and staff.
