Filming has officially commenced on Christopher Nolan's upcoming epic fantasy action film The Odyssey, an adaptation of the epic Homer poem of the same name.The project's star-studded cast includes the likes of Anne Hathaway, Tom Holland, Zendaya, Lupita Nyong'o, Robert Pattinson, Charlize Theron, Elliot Page, Mia Goth, and several others, with Odysseus himself played by none other than Matt Damon.The 54-year-old will play the titular legendary Greek king of Ithaca and has already started to transform himself for the role, sporting a long, gray bushy beard that he debuted in its glory during an appearance at SXSW earlier this month with Ben Affleck. House of the Dragon Season 3 is officially in production, HBO announced on Monday. The news came with two new casting revelations Tommy Flanagan as Ser Roderick Dustin, and Dan Fogler as Ser Torrhen Manderly.. The fantasy prequel takes us into the thick of war as half siblings Rhaenyra Targaryen (Emma DArcy) and Aegon (Tom Glynn-Carney) vie for the Iron Throne, but as is always the case in Westeros, there are many others in the shadows playing the game of thrones. HBO did not mention a release date on Monday, but has previously stated plans to get the show back on the air sometime in 2026.
