CYVN, an advanced mobility investment company owned by Abu Dhabi, has completed its acquisition of McLaren Automotive from Mumtalakat, the sovereign wealth fund of Bahrain.As part of the transaction the supercar maker will be merged with Forseven, a British luxury automotive startup controlled by CYVN, into a new entity under the McLaren Group Holdings umbrella, and will include a minority stake in the McLaren Racing.The new McLaren will be headed up by Forsevens CEO Nick Collins.Know the news with the 7NEWS app: Download today McLaren says it plans to move at pace so that its portfolio will be expanded into new product categories.
