NCAA slams Kalshi's intent to offer portal trading

Prediction market Kalshi filed notice to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission on Wednesday that it intends to offer trading on the transfer portal, prompting the NCAA to say it "vehemently opposes college sports prediction markets."
