Wij spreken hem over een nieuw seizoen en het leven op zee.Je hebt Deadliest Catch vast wel eens voorbij zien komen op Discovery. In de serie zien we verschillende kapiteins die met hun bemanning en schepen op (konings)krab vissen. Tenminste, zo ging het altijd, want dit seizoen is alles anders. Vanwege de krabstand is het voor de bemanningen verboden om te vissen op krab en dus moeten de kapiteins op zoek naar andere bronnen van inkomsten.Deadliest catch in Noorwegen?Ook voor Sig Hansen was dit jaar alles anders. In plaats van een winter in Alaska is het voor hem een retourtje Noorwegen geworden. Hij is daar gaan vissen om toch wat te kunnen verdienen. Voor hem is het geen rare stap, want zijn ouders komen uit het land. Het brengt dan ook veel herinneringen voor hem naar boven. Tijdens zijn jeugd bracht hij dan ook zijn zomers...
