Production Coordinator, Live Sports Production

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to support the Production Operations team on live event productions across multiple sports properties. The Production Operations team is responsible for delivering high quality event productions on all global live sports properties to customers worldwide, across all product lines and devices. We also support our productions through process improvements, scalability, and various initiatives. We work on designing solutions (tools and mechanisms) to manage and support productions globally so our team can work more efficiently and continue to scale. 2+ years of studio or production company assistant experience required. Must have 1+ years of on-set physical production experience. Bachelor's degree required. Must have 2+ years of experience of working in production management or production operations at a sports broadcast network; experience maintaining project budgets, inclusive of budget tracking, cost reporting and invoice approvals; and experience working in Excel and/or Smartsheet systems.
