The Video Production Specialist is responsible for operating cameras for both studio and remote productions, ensuring high-quality visual content that meets production standards. In this role, you will utilize proficiency in camera operation, composition, and live production workflows. Must have an associate's degree in broadcasting or related field plus one (1) year of experience in media production or equivalent; equivalent education/experience considered. Must have a working knowledge of a cross-section of production tools including television cameras, replay servers, editing systems, lighting and audio equipment. Knowledge of multiple video formats and range of production techniques from very simple to moderately complex. Possess basic computer and editing skills. Ability to: position a camera and compose and shoot technically and aesthetically pleasing pictures; edit segments quickly; make decisions under pressure; work with and learn from co-workers; interact with clients and the public in a diplomatic, professional, and credible way.
