The Production Coordinator will support the photo and video team by organizing and archiving camera media to expedite the workflow from production to post-production and any other request from stakeholders as needed. The Production Coordinator is also responsible for keeping the work flowing by supporting file organization, billing and contracts and providing support assisting producers, photographers, editors, videographers and art directors. This person must be a resourceful, highly organized, and proactive individual who will ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. They will follow emerging advancements and trends with Adobe Creative Suite and other capture and editing technologies as well as digital media management formats and best practices to ensure optimal production workflows. This position requires onsite support of photo and video capture for productions and travel to company events for multiple days. Must have 1-2 years of experience as an photo/video production assistant or similar. Associates degree in film and video production or related field required.
