Audio Storytelling Coordinator

The Audio Storytelling Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and helping to organize the 2025 Audio program. This multifaceted role will oversee the scheduling and logistics of both the Official Selections program and our lineup of live audio events. Our ideal candidate will be highly organized, sociable, adaptable, self-motivated, and a collaborative and creative problem solver. They will proactively anticipate needs and obstacles and work to prevent problems before they arise. Previous experience working live events, ideally festivals, as well as a passion for audio storytelling and podcasts are a must. As this is a highly visible position, the candidate must be an effective communicator, trusted to successfully represent the program both internally and externally. Passion for audio storytelling and podcasting required. 1-3 years experience as a coordinator working in festivals, theatrical and/or immersive live event production, and A/V tech skills a major plus.
