We are seeking a creative and highly experienced Senior Video Producer with an established track record of managing a team of content creators in a fast-paced and demanding environment. This individual reports to the firm's Head of Production and oversees the Production Team's global video creation efforts within our marketing organization. It requires a strong understanding of financial services and all aspects of video creation from concepting, to budgeting, directing talent and working with our internal postproduction team as well as external agencies and production companies. Must have 10+ years of experience in corporate video production or similar agency experience. 5+ years of experience managing a team of creatives required. Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. Understanding of video formats, optimization techniques for social media required.
