The Video Production Coordinator will be responsible for executing video and podcast projects from concept through distribution. This role involves managing production logistics, cataloging footage, maintaining studio and equipment calendars, and ensuring high-quality video and audio content for both internal and external audiences. This position reports to the Manager, Public Relations and Studio Productions. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcasting, Broadcast Journalism, Media Production, Telecommunications or related area, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Must be able to work outside of traditional business hours (nights and weekends) as well as travel to occasional out-of-town video shoots as needed. Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and strong working knowledge of Word, and PowerPoint required.
