The Video Production Specialist serves as the primary video content producer for all church related ministries pre-produced/post-produced content, capture, and distribution. This position is responsible for all matters related to post-produced video content, storytelling, and image quality at the church. This position oversees, leads, and supports all staff, contractors, creatives and volunteers for countdowns, bumpers, testimonies, podcasts, etc. This position requires a qualified individual with competencies in pre-production planning, video production, capturing, editing, content delivery, leadership, organization, team building, problem solving, self-starting and collaboration. Formal training or technical degree with certification or equivalent combination of education and experience (typically 4+ years preferred). The Film Editor reports directly to the Post Production Supervisor. Minimum of five years experience in post-production and editorial required. Must be proficient in utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud applications to design and create custom content: Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, Photoshop, After Effects.
