As a YouTube Producer, you'll power the heartbeat of some of the most influential YouTube channels in the world, shaping conversations in business, personal & professional development, health & wellness, and beyond. As a Producer, you're not just managing deadlinesyou're ensuring the ideas that matter most get delivered to the world at scale. You'll own the production process across 4-5 client accounts at a time, and manage up to hundreds of videos in active production at once. That means allocating editors, anticipating bottlenecks and acting as a trusted partner to clientsguiding timelines, deliverables, and approvals while communicating with empathy, clarity, and authority.
