Must be able to teach current and future television studies courses at the introductory level, such as Introduction to Media Studies, Television Theory and Criticism, as well as upper-level electives such as Current Issues in Television, Topics in Television, among others, with the opportunity to develop additional elective courses/curriculum materials. The ability to teach Art of Film is also desirable. Must have a Ph.D. or other terminal degree in television studies or related fields by the time of appointment.
