Two steps provide access through double lockable timber doors to the for'd open deck/cratch, which itself has full canvas covers on a stainless steel frame, providing a private sitting area direct from this owners cabin, more than large enough for 2 chairs and a side table ideal for alfresco breakfasts. Large round porthole type windows port and starboard provide plenty of natural light in to this master cabin. The bathroom is modern and spacious, and has a shower enclosure with both fixed rainfall and handheld portable shower heads, a Thetford cassette toilet, plus a counter wash basin, with plenty of storage on a large open shelf unit, and natural light provided by a large round porthole style window. The 2nd cabin has been fitted with a double bed, and triple wardrobe, but could easily be changed to provide for example bunk beds for a childrens' cabin, as a work/office space, or even an additional cosy lounge. This helm position also includes the shore power connection for when alongside. The hull, superstructure and external deck fittings are all in excellent condition, and 4 large solar panels on the coachouse roof forward provide a total of 100KW for battery charging and/or onboard power. The owner has a full set of original manuals from when he bought the boat from new, including the Collingwood boat operations manual, and manuals for all the comprehensive equipment fitted on the boat. A great example of a Collingwood 60, she has been used as a moored up live aboard with very little actual sailing time, clearly evident from the excellent condition of the hull. This original 'Crick showboat' is currently moored in the Warrington area on the Bridgewater Canal. The boats current mooring may also be available, but would have to be arranged separately by the buyer via their own private negotiations with the moorings owner. Please don't hesitate to contact Liverpool Boatshed for further details of this spacious 'as new' comprehensively equipped Collingwood 60, which the owner has very competitively priced for a quick sale. We don't expect this boat to be for sale very long! This Collingwood Wide Beam 60 has been personally photographed and viewed by Andy King of Boatshed Liverpool.
