The boat was last surveyed in early 2018 and when the present owner bought her she had just had the bow section of the boat overplated as a result of the survey. Sadly she is being sold due to the owners health but as the first and only owner she has been extremely well maintained and looked after, even down to bringing her ashore and scraping all of the antifoul off so she is clean and dry at the beginning of every season. Being over 12 meters LOA she has an enormous amount of interior space, including a large saloon, 3 separate double cabins, a large galley area, a large U shaped saloon and 2 separate heads, both with showers. She comes with a decent sail locker with the main being replaced in 2018 and the foresail replaced in 2017. The engine has been well maintained, serviced and winterised every year. This boat is very well presented and extremely well equipped making her a delightful, very complete and competent sailing / cruising package. She is presented in original gel and has clearly been well cared for and looked after by her owners, The current owners have sailed her extensively down the east coast. She has 2 main sails, two furling headsails, spinnaker, and storm jib. she also has a sea anchor. the equipment list is extensive and includes Navik wind vane steering (2020), gps, log, 4 winches, stepping mast with frame, eberspacher diesel warm air heating, fridge, battery charger, shore power solar panels and much much more. She has a well running Yanmar 9hp diesel that has been serviced and had new engine mounts and prop shaft plus new mechanical seal all in 2023 so she has been very well cared for. She can sleep 4 adults and couple of children in 2 cabins and her upholstery and wood work is all very nice indeed. The cockpit is spacious and has huge storage. The boat has a valid safety certificate to mid 2027 (date tbc). Her broads toll is paid to March 2025. this well equipped vessel would make a fantastic cruising yacht and represents very good value considering her condition and equipment levels.
