Currently used as an office space, the interior could easily be adapted to create a permanent sleeping cabin at the aft end of the boat. The boat is fully electric, with no gas installation. The heads features an electric 'Cinderella' toilet, which incinerates the waste. Located at Cumberland Basin, the CRT mooring sits just inside Regents Park. Current mooring fees are circa 10,000 per annum. The boat was last out of the water in 2022, when she was surveyed. Blacking and new anodes were fitted at this time. The engine is not running. The exact age of the boat is not known, and the build date of 1980 is an estimate. These boat details are subject to contract. Register with Boatshed to see 73 extra photos of this Hampton Safari MK11 .Here we have a reasonably tidy Hampton safari that does need some minor cosmetic work to make her a very nice little boat however she is fully usable as she is. These are always great little boats that have a solid following offering a full size double aft cabin with storage units, galley to port with all you need to have some time away including fridge sink an cooker with storage and workspace. She has a large shower and heads compartment to starboard with a porta Poti fitted which makes a far bigger shower room with vanity. The L shaped saloon converts to another double and is a tidy place to spend time and see the broads. She has a full sliding cockpit over the saloon and a large solar panel on the roof. Her front screen is rotting at the left side edge and there has been a basic repair carried out. which I did notice and this is where I have refer to to her a a project . She is a light cosmetic project only to my eye with a just aa good external clean and possible repaint and this wooden screen needing a little attention as is some of the canopy liner which is split in places. This liner is just a thin ply or melamine sheet so again should be very easy to sort out nut in general is not overly unsightly or noticeable. Her systems and engine work and she fired up very nicely . She has a hot water gas heating solar panel and an inverter fitted. This is a good price for a safari needing only some cosmetic attention so grab a bargain and go boating. She has a current boat safety certificate to october 2025 and was last serviced April 2 but has not been used much since then. These boat details are subject to contract.
