She is an excellent family boat, lovely cruising boat and has the advantage of two helming positions, one in the cockpit and the other in the wheel house. No need for round the world oilskins in adverse weather and a lot warmer for those night passages. Down below the forward cabin has two separate berths, in the saloon there is ample seating around the cockpit table which can convert to a large double berth with a settee berth opposite. The pilot house helm is to starboard with the heads behind. The good sized galley is opposite with a quarter berth to the stern. She has had a lot of money spent on her in the last few years including a new rubbing strake fitted, hull professionally polished, new copper coat applied and new hull windows fitted. In 2021 she was professionally treated for osmosis, hot vac treatment and then gelshielded. New foresail fitted 2023 and a new main in 2021. With her furling genoa and inmast furling main, sailing can't be made any easier. She has the advantage of being able to dry out on sandy beaches and harbours and also those cheaper moorings! Some of her varnish work needs some TLC but essentially this is a boat that deserves to be viewed. These boat details are subject to contract. They have exceptional space and really do feel like a bigger vessel. The interior and upholstery looks good and she has had new headlinings and also new 10mm close cell foam insulation which is now covered in new light grey four way stretched carpet. She has had a brand new Beta 20 engine fitted I April 24'. new PSS shaft seal, new water lock, new standing rigging, new instruments, other than wind. The seacocks have been replaced with nylon ones, new stack pack and dodgers. In October 23' she was sanded down and had 7 coats of International VC Tar 2 epoxy primer and was anti fouled. She was launched in May 24'. The decks could do with some grey paint but other that she look a nice tidy boat. These boat details are subject to contract.
