The nauticat 37 provides the most luxury in a 37ft boat with sensible use of spcae I think I have seen for sale lately. She appears to be in great condition inside and out - couple of scuffs on the hull bit not so much of a big deal. Owner has loved her since 2020 but retirement from sailing forces sale. Her standing rigging was replaced 2020 at the same time she became in-mast furling for the owners ease of sailing. She boasts having electric winches again for the ease of sailing including sometimes single handed. Moving inside the condition and quality of built doesn't disappoint I really did like her master aft cabin with island berth. Going forward of the pilothouse saloon you have a great pilot guest cabin and an spacious forward cabin with the linear galley to starboard. These boat details are subject to contract. As a motorsailor the Colvic Watson 28'6" has all the credentials required. A tough, heavy-displacement sailing boat for passage making, yet stable and easily manoeuvrable under engine. With the addition of a deep, secure cockpit and a spacious wheelhouse shielded from the elements, it stands as a truly versatile vessel capable of navigating a wide range of conditions. She's easy to step aboard and feels very safe and secure on deck with plenty of handholds. Going into the wheelhouse the companionway is wide giving her a lovely open feel and making short handed berthing within reach. All lines are lead back to the cockpit where she can be steered by tiller Going below into the accommodation she retains the light airy feeling and with standing headroom at 1.9m seems like a much bigger boat. The galley is well laid out and everything is operational without the need to plug in to shore power. The saloon seating is comfortable and converts to a large double berth with the table also fitting the cockpit. There is ample usable storage throughout. This is a great example of these fantastic boats, she's clean, presents well and has been maintained and upgraded by experienced owners. New headlining's were fitted in 2023 and in 2022 the interior and navigation lights were changed to LED, a diesel heater with a separate tank was installed and 200 watt solar panels fitted. She has also had a hull respray. She is a boat which is easy to sail and is a good sea boat in adverse conditions. Being a bilge keeler she is able to dry out on sandy beaches, drying harbours and can use those cheaper drying moorings. The accommodation comprises of a forward cabin with 2 separate single berths which can be converted into a double if required and the heads are to port. In the main saloon the galley is located to starboard with the chart table directly behind it. The settee berth converts to another double with a single quarter berth on the port side.
