She has a shallow draft and so capable of exploring shallower waters and a powerful 250hp engine to get to the desired hunting ground at speed. The boat was last hauled out during summer 2024 at which point the engine was serviced, the hull anti fouled and new anodes fitted. The wheelhouse offers a decent array of navigation equipment, a 2 burner gas stove, a small fridge and seating area. On deck she has a large wide beam, 2 large lockers and plenty of seating. She would comfortable hold up to 10 people The vessel was previously a coded vessel used for both fishing and seal trips but as the current owners are not chartering they have not renewed this. Inside she appears to be in good condition headlinings, carpet, upholstery everything. Her galley is brilliantly apponted and I really do love all the windows creating a very airey space. Outside she has a great aft deck, then a good fybridge, a swim platform and a good sized foredeck - i found her quite easy to walk around along the side decks too. Engines seem to be running well and have been recently maintained - she is also shaft driven a good plus. These boat details are subject to contract. The nauticat 37 provides the most luxury in a 37ft boat with sensible use of spcae I think I have seen for sale lately. She appears to be in great condition inside and out - couple of scuffs on the hull bit not so much of a big deal. Owner has loved her since 2020 but retirement from sailing forces sale. Her standing rigging was replaced 2020 at the same time she became in-mast furling for the owners ease of sailing. She boasts having electric winches again for the ease of sailing including sometimes single handed. Moving inside the condition and quality of built doesn't disappoint I really did like her master aft cabin with island berth. Going forward of the pilothouse saloon you have a great pilot guest cabin and an spacious forward cabin with the linear galley to starboard. These boat details are subject to contract.
